Rwandan citizens who are currently residing in Rwanda.
Anyone aged between 18-30 years old is eligible to enter the contest.
Technical specifications for submitted photos/videos
The photo must be submitted as high resolution with formats (.jpeg, .jpg, .png) and the video must be submitted as high-resolution with formats (.mov, .mp4, .mpeg) as high as your camera will allow via the google form provided.
The photo/video must not contain violence, profanity, sex, or direct attacks on individuals or organizations. Any entries deemed offensive will be immediately disqualified.
The photo/video must be an original creation. All submissions found to contain plagiarism will be disqualified from the competition.
The participant must certify and warrant that the submitted photo/video does not violate the rights of a third party or any copyright. The organizing team of Capture Rwanda is not responsible for any intellectual property violations that might have resulted through the submissions of said photo/video.
Rights and ownership
By submitting their photo/video to Capture Rwanda, participants agree to grant Capture Rwanda free of charge the right to use the photo/video in any manner and media, including without limitation the right to; publish, adapt, distribute, copy, display or translate in printed or other media, website or social media platforms even if they are not the winning entries.
Participants may be asked to take part in publicity activities.
General
The organizing team of Capture Rwanda reserves the right to modify or cancel the contest or any of the arrangements, schedules, plans or other items directly or indirectly related to the contest, at any time and for any reason if deemed necessary.
The personal information provided to Capture Rwanda by the participants shall only be used for the purposes of this contest.
